In 2010, Nick Wakeman founded Studio Nicholson from a small office on Calvert Avenue, Shoreditch. Since then, the brand has grown to be revered across the globe whilst retaining the same values of purposeful clothing with a focus on exceptional fabric and impeccable shape. In celebration of the 15-year milestone from this date, two events, each a stone’s throw from that first headquarters, took place this week.
Celebrating 15 Years of Studio Nicholson
First, Wakeman hosted a dinner for 50 guests made up of friends and family that have supported her through the years, at Rochelle Canteen. The next evening, an event to coincide with London Fashion Week at the new Studio Nicholson store on Redchurch Street, was attended by international and local industry guests, with music from Daniel Avery and drinks from Malik Acid.
